Our Aventura visits verify temperature and humidity, check every water connection we can see, run taps, look behind appliances and inspect the terrace and glass — then send the report the same day.

- A closed apartment through a Florida summer is the classic mould case. We measure, not guess.

- Blocked drain lines overflow into ceilings below. Checked on every visit.

- Water heaters, washer hoses and refrigerator lines fail silently in empty units.
- Association rules
- Registered vendor access, logged entries and written reports keep you in good standing with the board.
