Home watch · Fort Lauderdale & coastal Broward

Waterfront houses, docks and seasonal homes.

Along the Las Olas isles and the Intracoastal, most properties are houses with pools, docks and boats — and most sit quiet from May to November while their owners are north.

Our Broward visits run the full circuit: interior room by room, climate and A/C verified, then pool, irrigation, exterior glass, drainage, dock lines and seawall where present.

We also handle the practical side of a seasonal home: meeting the lawn service, receiving deliveries, running water, and preparing the house for your return so it is cool, aired and ready.

What we watch for here

Summer vacancy
Six months closed through a Florida summer is where most costly damage begins — A/C, humidity and slow leaks.
Docks and seawalls
Visible checks of dock hardware, lines, lifts and seawall condition after weather events.
Pools and landscaping
Pool level and equipment checked, and vendors met on site so the work actually happens.
Storm season
Priority pre-storm preparation and documented post-storm inspection for every scheduled client.
