When you submit the quote form we collect the name, email address, phone number, property address or neighborhood, property type, preferred visit frequency, and any notes you provide.

We also record basic technical information such as the page you arrived from, campaign or UTM parameters, and, where you consent to analytics, aggregated usage data.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver home watch and concierge services, coordinate access with licensed contractors, and keep records of visits and reports.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

By submitting the quote form you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, or email about your enquiry. You may withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or writing to us.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host this website, store form submissions in a secure database, and send email. These providers process data only on our instructions.

Where you consent, we use analytics tools to measure site usage. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Data retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to meet our legal, insurance, and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights
