Service · Storm season
Someone at the property before the storm, and after it.
When a named storm enters the cone, owners who are out of state cannot secure the property and cannot see what happened afterwards. We do both, and we photograph everything.
Get your care planBefore landfall we close and secure shutters or impact protection, clear balconies, patios and yards of anything that can fly, confirm drains are clear, verify the property is sealed, and photograph its condition so there is a dated record of what the storm found.
Afterwards, as soon as access is safe, we return and document: exterior and interior photographs, water intrusion, power and A/C status, and anything requiring a licensed contractor. That record is what supports your claim, because it separates storm damage from pre-existing wear.
What is included
- Pre-storm securing
- Shutters and impact protection closed, exterior furniture and loose items stored, drains and gutters checked.
- Dated condition record
- Photographs of the property before landfall, timestamped, so storm damage can be distinguished from prior condition.
- Post-storm inspection

- Contractor coordination

Common questions
- Do you prepare the property for every named storm?
- For scheduled clients, yes — a pre-storm visit is triggered automatically when a named storm threatens South Florida, followed by a post-storm inspection as soon as access is safe.
- Will your photographs help with an insurance claim?
- They give you a dated record of the property's condition before and after the storm, which is what adjusters ask for. We document; we do not adjust claims or advise on coverage.
