Home watch · Pompano Beach & Lighthouse Point, FL

Canal homes that need eyes on the water side too.

Lighthouse Point and east Pompano are canal communities: almost every house has a dock, a pool and a summer with nobody in it.

Our visits cover the house room by room and then the water side — dock hardware, lines, lifts and visible seawall — plus pool, irrigation and drainage.

For owners with a boat left in the water or on a lift, we photograph its position and lines on every visit so changes are caught early.

What we watch for here

Dock and lift condition
Lines, cradles and hardware take constant load. Visible condition is photographed each visit.
Pool systems
Pump and water-level failures escalate fast in summer heat.
Storm surge and wind
Pre-storm securing of exterior items and post-storm documentation with photographs.
Long vacancy
Closed canal houses hold humidity; interior readings are taken every visit.

Questions from owners here

Do you check a boat left on a lift?
We photograph its position, lines and visible condition on each visit and flag changes. We are not a marine service and do not perform boat maintenance.
How far north do you go?
Pompano Beach and Lighthouse Point are our northern edge. Beyond that we would rather refer you to someone local than stretch the schedule.
